How do I track a gift baskit order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the tracking number(s). You can enter that number above to follow your Baskit order on its journey.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Your tracking information will be automatically emailed to you once your order is ready for shipping. Your tracking number(s) can be found in your shipping confirmation email or under the “Account” section and corresponding “Order #” when you “Log In” on our website.
What does the Tracking Information look like?
Local Baskits Van Deliveries (GTA only) tracking number is typically a 6-digit number ie. 290749

How long does it take for the tracking information to update?
Tracking information may require 24-48 hours to update.
Can I make changes if my package has shipped?
Unfortunately, once the package has left our facility, we are no longer able to make any changes. However, we will do our best to facilitate any changes you may require.
