We are located in Toronto at 3717 Chesswood Drive (Sheppard Ave & Allen Rd). We also have a location open downtown Toronto in November and December at 40 King Street West Concourse in the Scotia Plaza on the 1st level.
What currency is used on your website?
All of our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), although you can easily pay with other currencies online and it will converge automatically when payment is processed.
Are your gift baskets nut-free?
We are not a nut-free facility, although all our food is wrapped individually and if requested we can absolutely make a nut-free basket!
Can I order multiple gift baskets to Whitby?
Yes! You can order multiple gift baskets to Whitby even when going to different or the same address. You will also be given a discount in some cases if ordering many gift baskets to the same location. We have corporate specialists who also manage large orders from ten gifts to thousands of gifts.

Can I do same-day delivery to Whitby?
Unfortunately, we don't offer same-day delivery to areas outside of the GTA. However, please feel free to call our office to discuss next-day shipping options.

Can I substitute an item when I place an order?
Here at Nutcracker Sweet we are open to customizations to a certain extend. This is dependent on the time frame, budget, and time of year. Please give us a call at 416-782-3232 to discuss any substitutions or additions you would like in your gift basket. We reserve the right to substitute contents for equal or great value.
What if the recipient is not at home when the gift is delivered?
Our local drivers will make sure that it is a safe neighborhood before leave anything and if there is a safe area (i.e covered porch) to leave the gift. We highly recommend providing the recipient’s phone number to avoid any delays.
UPS/Canada Post will either reattempt the delivery the next day or may take an item to the local depot after leaving a pickup slip.
Please make sure that the address you give us is accurate and correct. Delivery delays can occasionally occur if there are address inconsistencies.
